There are many reasons to consider SkinfitMD over other clinics offering cosmetic treatments. Our doctors are all board certified dermatologists, skin specialists who have extensive experience in treating skin issues, as well as specific training in laser medicine and cosmetic injectables. Our team is also highly experienced and armed with a wealth of skincare knowledge. Lastly, SkinfitMD only uses the highest quality medical-grade technology and tools on our patients, to ensure optimum results.

No, you do not require a doctor’s referral if you are seeing a dermatologist at SkinfitMD for a cosmetic service. Referrals are only required if you are seeing one of our dermatologists in the regular dermatology clinic for a skin disease.

All new patients require a consultation prior to undergoing treatments at SkinfitMD. A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. For consultation fees please contact our clinic. During the consultation, you will meet with one of our team members and Dr. Hong to discuss your skin concerns and to identify your treatment goals.

Depending on your schedule’s flexibility, we can usually accommodate requests within 3-4 weeks. If you have a very specific time spot you require, it is best to request your appointment as early as possible.

We require two business days advance notice if you need to modify or cancel a confirmed appointment. The no-show and cancellation policy will be discussed with you in detail during your first visit to SkinfitMD. A cancellation fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled within the two day window.

It is optimal to meet with a team member and Dr. Hong to ensure that we have an appropriate understanding of your treatment goals, and so that we can appropriately assess your skin condition and general health status.

As long as your general health is stable and the status of your skin concerns have not changed, your consultation and quote for treatment is valid for a period of 12 months. After one year, a repeat consultation would be required to re-evaluate your general health and skin concern before starting a treatment program.

Cosmetic treatments may qualify for a portion of your consult fee being applied to the total treatment cost within 3 months of the initial consultation. Ask your SkinfitMD team for more details.

SkinfitMD is located at #22 – 15300 105th Avenue in Surrey BC. It is at the corner of 153rd street and 105th Avenue in the Guildford area of Surrey. It is two blocks away from Guildford Town Center and across the street from the Sheraton Guildford. It is a short distance from the Port Mann Bridge and is easily accessible from Highway #1.

SkinfitMD is in the Guildford Health Centre. There is ample pay parking outside. In addition, there is paid street parking outside along 105th Avenue and 153rd Street.

We do not have a financing or payment plan. There are third party solutions if you require financing for your procedure that we can recommend. Alternatively, for business owners, the cost of medical procedures can be paid for through a Health and Welfare trust. We would recommend speaking to your tax specialist if this applies to you.
